Every product in this store is a digital document. No physical goods are dispatched and no shipping is charged.

HOW DELIVERY WORKS

Templates and document packs, delivered instantly

  1. Order confirmation is emailed immediately on payment.
  2. Your download link is emailed with it, and also appears on the order confirmation page in your browser.
  3. The link allows up to five downloads and stays valid for 30 days from purchase. Save the files somewhere safe as soon as they arrive, and keep your own backup.
  4. Packs arrive as a single compressed (zip) file containing the documents and a document transmittal that lists every file, its revision and its checksum. A pack bought with narrated audio arrives as two zip files, the talks and the audio, each with its own transmittal.

Documents drafted for you

  1. Order confirmation is emailed immediately on payment.
  2. An intake link is emailed within one business day.
  3. The draft document is emailed within the turnaround stated on the product page, measured from receipt of complete intake information.

FORMATS

Depending on the product: editable Microsoft Word, locked Portable Document Format (PDF), or MP3 audio. Every product page states which formats that product includes, the page size and the number of files.

IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED SOMETHING

Check your junk or spam folder first, then the order confirmation page in your browser. If it is not there, contact us with your order number.

DOWNLOAD LIMITS AND REISSUES

Each order includes up to five downloads and the link stays valid for 30 days from purchase. If your downloads are used up, the link has expired, or you need the files again later, contact us with your order number and we will reissue it at no cost. We do not charge for reissues and there is no time limit on asking. The same applies if you have lost a document we emailed you.

IF A FILE WILL NOT OPEN

Contact us with your order number and tell us which file and which program you are using. We will send a working copy. If we cannot, see our Refund Policy.
